A collaboration between Tongan-Australian musician ‘Ofa Fotu (Odette Mercy) and composers Ned Beckley and Josh Hogan, this album represents a body of music that cuts through the clashing hurricane of culture and politics with depth and authenticity.

The music combines the lead vocals of ‘Ofa Fotu with a Tongan Mens’ Choir, epic Pasifika percussion, and the hybrid electronic-acoustic stylings of Beckley and Hogan’s contemporary scoring approach. Solemn hymns, soaring strings, and chattering rhythms set the pace throughout.
